Meet Our Team
Young Performance is a group of qualified individuals aimed at improving the goals and outcomes for our athletes, clients, and patients. All of our employees are certified in their respective field as well as qualified with the appropriate education.
Joe Young
OWNER, HEAD COACH
Joe is dedicated to having athletes and individuals achieve their best possible performance while maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle. Joe has worked in a number of athletic venues, including UMass Lowell Sports Performance working with both Division 1 and Division 2 teams, as well as a commercial gym setting helping clients to achieve their goals in both a group and private atmosphere.
